Can’t really give a review on how well it works, Due to the fact that you need to take it at least 30 days for the difference, it can start showing. But so far so good.
The collagen powder I was using discontinued adding HA so I had to find a supplement. These have done the trick and my skin continues to benefit from the HA.
I’ve read a lot of benefits of taking hyaluronic acid supplements; some of the more notable advantages are improve skin hydration, joint health and wound healing. I especially love that it improves skin suppleness, hydrates skin and slows down skin aging as I am at that certain age when skin begins age. Other advantages I am interested in are reduce nail brittleness and promote stronger nail structure.
